Where We Ship
At this time, Perfect Pancake™ ships within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, email us at hello@throwaperfectpancake.com so we can note demand for future expansion.
Current Order Availability
During the current phase, some orders may be offered in limited quantities or released in small batches. Availability and fulfillment timing may vary depending on inventory, testing phase volume, and release status.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on your delivery address, order size, and current shipping method availability.
We primarily use standard ground shipping services through major carriers.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In most cases, orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, transit time and final delivery are managed by that carrier. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak shipping periods, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, undeliverable shipments, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@throwaperfectpancake.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or reroute the package.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or similar issue, we can help coordinate reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier first.
We’re happy to help where we can, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier has marked them as delivered.
