This page explains how shipping and support are handled during the current Perfect Pancake™ testing phase. Some samples are distributed in person, while others may be mailed. Public retail fulfillment is not live yet.

Are samples being shipped right now?

Some samples may be mailed during testing, while others are distributed in person. Availability and timing can vary depending on how the current round of samples is being handled.

Where can mailed samples ship?

When mailing is available, samples are generally limited to the United States.

How long can shipping take?

Timing can vary depending on when a sample is prepared, packed, and handed off for shipment. Because this is still a testing phase, mailing timelines are not handled like a full retail operation.

Will I get tracking information?

If your sample is shipped through a tracked service, tracking details may be provided. That can vary depending on how the shipment was arranged.

What if my shipping address is wrong?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@throwaperfectpancake.com. If the shipment has not gone out yet, we’ll do our best to help update it.

Returns & Issues

What to do if a mailed sample arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing.

Can I return a sample?

Sample returns are not generally accepted during the testing phase. If there is a problem with a mailed sample, contact us and we’ll review the issue.

What if my sample arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?

Email us within 7 calendar days at hello@throwaperfectpancake.com with a short description and photos if possible.

We’ll review the situation and provide an appropriate next step when possible.

What if tracking says delivered but I do not see it?

First check with neighbors, household members, and the local carrier if one was used. You can still reach out to us, but replacement is not guaranteed for packages marked delivered that cannot be located afterward.

Does this page apply to a future full product launch?

No. This page reflects the current testing phase only. Shipping and return policies may change once the brand moves into broader sample access or full product sales.
