Perfect Pancake™ is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies like screen readers, keyboard navigation, or text-size adjustments.

What we're working toward

We aim for our site to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA — the standard most ecommerce sites and US regulators reference as the practical baseline for digital accessibility.

What that looks like in practice

• Pages designed to be navigable by keyboard alone
• Images with descriptive alt text wherever the image conveys content
• Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
• Forms with clear labels and error messages
• Responsive layouts that work at common screen sizes and zoom levels
• Pages structured with semantic HTML and meaningful headings

If something isn't working for you

We're a small team building this slowly and intentionally — which means we're not perfect, and accessibility issues can slip through. If you run into anything that's hard or impossible to use, please tell us. Specific feedback is the fastest way for us to fix it.
