Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information held by Perfect Pancake™ or collected when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram presence.

Request Deletion of Your Perfect Pancake™ Account & Order Data

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@throwaperfectpancake.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address associated with your account or order.

What happens after you request deletion:

  1. We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  2. We verify your identity (we may ask for additional information to confirm).
  3. We complete the deletion within 30 days, where legally permitted.
  4. We notify you when deletion is complete.

Please note: we may be required by law to retain certain information (for example, transaction records for tax purposes), and some information may be removed from active use but retained in backups for a limited period. We will inform you if any retention applies to your request.

Request Deletion of Data Collected via Facebook or Instagram

If you have engaged with Perfect Pancake™ on Facebook or Instagram (e.g., commenting on posts, entering giveaways, sending direct messages), Meta may have collected information about that engagement separately. To request deletion of that data, you can:

  1. Email us at hello@throwaperfectpancake.com with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request,” including the Facebook or Instagram username you used to interact with us. We will remove any data we received from Meta that is associated with your account, and we will inform you when this is complete.
  2. Submit a request directly to Meta through the Facebook Help Center or by following Meta’s data deletion instructions.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
